These are the terms for using The Meditative Minds. We’ve kept them plain. By creating an account or using the tools, you agree to them.
What this is — and what it isn’t
The Meditative Minds offers relaxation, breathwork, and mental-rehearsal tools: personalized audio (Deepwave), breathwork (Cadence), and somatic and presence practices (Anchor). These are wellness tools for everyday stress, focus, and rest.
It is not medical care. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or cures any condition, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, or emergency services. Any HRV or pulse figure from the camera is a rough estimate, not a medical measurement. If you have a health condition — heart, respiratory, pregnancy, a history of fainting, epilepsy, or a mental-health condition — talk to a professional before starting, and stop any exercise that causes pain, dizziness, or distress.
Breathwork safety
Some breathing exercises and breath-holds can make you light-headed. Never practice them while driving, in water, or anywhere a brief dizziness would be dangerous. Sit or lie down, and only hold your breath as long as feels comfortable. You use these exercises at your own discretion and risk.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in email secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Use the service for your own personal, lawful use. Don’t resell it, abuse the generation endpoints, or try to break or overload the service.
- Generated content is for your own use. We may store the sessions you create so you can replay them.
Subscriptions and billing
There’s a free tier and a paid Personalized plan offered monthly or annually at the price shown during checkout. Personalized currently includes up to 10 newly generated personalized sessions per calendar month, unlimited replay of saved sessions, and access to the paid tools described on the pricing page. Payments are handled by Stripe; we don’t see or store your card details. The application supplies the amount and billing interval shown at checkout to Stripe. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices and included allowances may change for future purchases with notice. Optional session packs are one-time purchases that add generation credits to an active Personalized account; they do not change the subscription renewal date.
Cancelling and ending your account
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@themeditativeminds.com. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
No guarantees
We work to keep the service running well, but it’s provided “as is,” without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or produce any particular result. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. We’ll change the date above when we do, and significant changes will be noted in the app.
